Elgin preparing for Christmas Toy Round Up

Though Christmas is five months away, charitable organizations in Kershaw County are already working to provide toys and food to families in need this Christmas. Elgin’s Toy Round Up is one of those organizations. Elgin Police Chief Harold Brown, who is director of the Elgin Toy Drive, said preparing for Christmas is a year-round effort.
