Tonight marks Military Appreciation Night, sponsored by the Army National Guard, for the Camden High football team and program.
In sticking with the evening’s patriotic theme, the Camden High student body is encouraging fans to wear red, white and blue apparel to the game.
Prior to and during tonight’s 7:30 p.m. contest against visiting Lancaster, special in-game and pre-game promotions will be held including a spider tent with display tables and pull-up bars. A military vehicle will also be on display while handouts will be presented to fans to go along with throwing T-shirts into the crowd.
At the conclusion of the first quarter, there will be the recognition of all military personnel at the game while during halftime, Camden High graduate and Sgt. Shakeya Haith will deliver a short talk.
