The city of Camden needs experienced professionals, invested citizens working for everyone; the city of Camden needs Jeffrey Graham elected on Nov. 4. Join me in voting for a man with a proven record:

• Introduced the current city website and Camden app. He champions bringing it up-to-date and employing current technologies that benefit you.

• Led strong city finances/budgets that promoted measurable accomplishments, such as the new water plant and initial undergrounding of utilities. Infrastructure is one of his many major concerns.

• Defined the policy to give purchasing preferences to local businesses. He supports all local businesses equally.

• Secured more than $3.5 million in grants for Camden capital improvements. Jeffrey believes in grants, bond ratings, and city reserves.

• Strengthened zoning ordinance to allow a predictable environment for economic development while ensuring protection of our historic residential areas. He understands what is required for economic development and is willing to work accordingly.

• Instituted a hospitality tax on prepared foods which was utilized to promote/market Camden, increase tourism and fund major capital improvement projects. He actively champions tourism growth, industry growth, local business growth.

• Served as the president of the Mayors Association of South Carolina -- solid proof of his leadership capabilities as he was chosen by his peers to lead; Jeffrey well-represents Camden at the highest levels. He knows that the lasting impression of Camden must be engaging, positive and professional.

• Based upon the vision plan and citizen committee created comprehensive plan, initiated the first-ever city strategic planning process to align city priorities to the city budget. He thinks long-term and forges lasting partnerships for the betterment of all.

Jeffrey Graham is a small business owner, holds a degree in business, has a proven leadership record, and truly cares about Camden, today and tomorrow. He is visible all around Camden ... he is visible year-round. Who sat near him last week at church? Who was behind him last week at Rotary? Who liked his waders at the annual Duck Drop? Who saw him dining and shopping in a local business last week or the week before or the week before that? Who views your electronic photos/reads your electronic inputs? Who volunteers with children? He is red, white and blue 24/7, and he is dedicated to his hometown, to Camden, South Carolina. Vote Nov. 4 for a true professional with a proven record. Vote for Jeffrey Graham.
