Camden native to sign newest book at Kirkwood center

Rickey E. Macklin, a Camden native, will sign copies of his books at the Kirkwood Community Center, 2402 Carlos St. in Camden, from 2 to 5 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 5.

Macklin is the author of "God’s Whole Armor," "The Chivalry Project," "Anointed But Not Ready," "Daddy’s Waiting on You," "Real Talk Relationship Tips" and "6 Points to Optimizing Your Life."

Macklin is also partnering with Women On The Move Inc. to sponsor a "Hat, Coat, Scarf & Glove Drive" during the Feb. 5 event. Anyone who brings such items to the signing will receive a discount on any books purchased. The items will be donated to the homeless community in Camden.

In addition, the signing will feature a special dance selection by Amia "Mia" Yanise Macklin.
