Kershaw County Volunteer Guardians ad Litem (GAL) will be honored at a reception to be held tonight at the Fine Arts Center. The reception, scheduled from 5:30 to 7 p.m., is in conjunction with a traveling exhibit that underscores South Carolina’s adoption needs.
