Jeri Lynette and Danny Goff wed

Jeri Lynette and Danny Talmage Goff of Elgin, SC were united in holy matrimony on April 18, at five o’clock in the evening at Wateree Baptist Church in Camden, SC. Rev. James Crooks and Rev. James Hanf performed the ceremony. The bride, who was escorted by her father, is the daughter of Marion and Jackie Brown of Florence, SC.

The Bride wore a vintage wedding gown, and veil with lace appliques and pearl accents. Her bouquet was made of a collection of white hydrangeas, pale pink roses, and dust miller. The bride also carried her mother’s bible, which she carried on her wedding day 50 years ago.

A reception followed at the Historic Robert Mills Court House in Camden, SC.

The bride is the granddaughter of the late Almon E. and Eris Smith of Evergreen, SC, and the late Murdock and Belle Brown of Turbeville, SC. She is a graduate of South Florence Highschool. She graduated from Florence Darlington Technical College with a degree in Respiratory Therapy, and Midlands technical College with Associates in Health Information Management. She is currently employed at Lexicode in Ballentine, SC.

The groom is the son of the late Talmadge and Novis Goff, of Elgin, SC. He is the grandson of the late William and Maybelle Peak of Lugoff, SC and the late William H. and Eunice Goff of Elgin, SC. He is a graduate of Lugoff-Elgin High School and is currently employed at Superior Home Center in Columbia, SC.

Miss Kristin Watkins, served as Maid of Honor. Ms. Debra Kennedy, sister of the bride, served as Matron of Honor.

Bridesmaids were Mrs. Gayle Brown, Mrs. Jennifer Carlson, Mrs. Cindy Ellis, and Mrs. Ginger Bullard

Honorary bridesmaids were Mrs. Joyce Moore and Mrs. Asa Campos

Flowers Girls were Miss Katie Carlson, and Miss Hayden McLendon.

The groom’s brother, Dale Goff, served as Best man.

Groomsmen were Mr. Dean Goff, Mr. Rodney Kelly, Mr. Carl Wooten, Mr. Benjy Strickland, and Blaine Kennedy.

Ushers were Mr. Jerald Brown, Mr. Almon Brown, and Mr. Bradley Kennedy.

Ring bearer was Master Stokes Jordan.

After a honeymoon trip to the Mediterranean, the couple will live in Elgin, SC.
