Belton-Honea Path outscored host A.C. Flora, 4-2, in the eighth inning to leave Forest Acres with a 9-7 victory in Tuesday's AAA Upper State baseball tournament first round game which was interrupted by rain on Monday.

By virtue of the win, the Bears will host Camden -- which downed Chapin, 5-4 in eight innings on Monday -- in Wednesday's 6:30 p.m. winners' bracket game to be played on the B-HP campus.

The winner of tonight's Camden at B-HP game will move into and host next Monday's Upper State championship round and will have to be beaten twice. The loser of tonight's contest will host the winner of tonight's elimination game between Chapin and A.C. Flora.
