Elizabeth Crockett & Patrick J. Myers united in March wedding

Elizabeth Crockett of Florence and Patrick J. Myers of Columbia were married 3:00 p.m. Saturday, March 19, 2016, on Driftwood Beach, Jekyll Island, Georgia.

Elizabeth is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. David Millen Crockett III of Florence. She is the granddaughter of Carolyn Jones Crockett of Columbia and the late David Millen Crockett Jr., and Hugh Allen Osborne of Sumter and the late Betty Logan Osborne. She is a graduate of West Florence High School and University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She is employed as a Registered Nurse at Palmetto Health Richland Children’s Hospital in Columbia.

Patrick is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Banks Myers of Camden. He is the grandson of the late Lucia Jenkins Macdonald and the late Dr. James Macdonald III formerly of Clinton; and Betty Owen Myers of Columbia and the late Richard Calvin Myers. He is a graduate of Camden High School and Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Parks, Recreation and Tourism Management. He is employed with Nucor Building Systems in Swansea.

Catherine Crockett Gude, sister of bride, served as Matron of Honor. Victoria Anne Crockett, sister of the bride, and Jennifer Coker and Elizabeth Lewis, friends of the bride, served as bridesmaids.

Thomas Banks Myers, father of groom, and Thomas Owen Myers and Jordan Macdonald Myers, brothers of the groom, served as best men. Clayton Culler, Bryant Fuller and Jonathan Raynor, friends of the groom, served as groomsmen.

Dwyer Millen Gude, niece of bride, and James Mitchum Myers, nephew of the groom, served as flower girl and ring bearer.

After a wedding trip to Montego Bay, Jamaica, the couple was honored at a "Happily Ever After Party" at Stone River Venue in Columbia. The couple will reside in Columbia.
