The King Haiglar Garden Club will start a new year 2016-2017 on Monday, Sept. 12 at 3 p.m. members and guests will meet at the Douglas Reed House at the Fine Arts Center of Kershaw County. The theme for this year is “The Beauty of Nature.” A lot of fun and educational programs are planned along with several field trips and as always good fellowship and sharing garden tips. The arrangement theme for September is “Colors of Nature.” The program will include “Welcome Back,” distribution of yearbooks, followed by a wonderful tour of Grace Youngs garden at 512 Greene St. Camden.
