I’ve always had a special fondness for community newspapers. The newspaper you hold in your hand helps strengthen your community. Weekly and other non-daily publications boost the local economy -- both through advertising and in news coverage. They showcase local businesses at a time we should be shopping locally, investing in the community and protecting local jobs.
