Mullikin to be guest speaker for Bulldog Club banquet

Tom Mullikin will be the featured speaker for the Camden High School Athletic Banquet to be held on Tuesday, May 16 at 6:30 p.m. in the school gymnasium.       

The annual banquet, sponsored each year by the Camden Bulldog Club, recognizes the dedication of Camden High’s student-athletes and coaches. Awards are presented to teams and individuals who have achieved athletic and academic excellence and displayed good sportsmanship.  

Mullikin, a Camden High School graduate and former Bulldog tennis standout, is a founding partner in the Mullikin Law Firm, located in Camden. He is the leader of the South Carolina State Guard.    

A catered meal by Old South & Catery will begin at 6:30 p.m. 

Tickets to the banquet, priced at $10 each, will be sold only in advance and may be purchased in the Camden High Library.  Advance ticket sales will end on Friday, May 12. Several levels of Camden Bulldog Club membership include complimentary tickets to the banquet; those are: Corporate Platinum and Corporate Gold (four tickets); Corporate (three); Black and Gold (two) and Bulldog Backer (one).  Bulldog Pride members must purchase their tickets.  

Persons wishing to purchase tickets or members wishing to reserve their complimentary tickets should call Camden High School at 425-8937 by the end of school on Friday, May 12. Complimentary tickets may be picked up in the lobby of the gym on the night of the banquet or picked up in the Camden High Library by the end of the school day on Tuesday, May 16.
