Dr. Andrew Piaseckia, who serves as president of the S.C. Orthopedic Association, recently went to Washington, D.C. with a group of orthopedists from the association to attend the National Orthopedic Leadership Conference (NOLC), a yearly conference put on by the American Association of Orthopedic Surgeons. The conference is attended by representatives from all 50 states and involves meetings with congressional representatives as well as symposia and meetings regarding healthcare issues and policy.  Pictured from left are James O'Leary, MD; William James, MD; Sen.
