Beverly-Hayes Book Scholarship opens doors for seniors

Dr. Camisha Hayes Williams announced the establishment of a $500 book scholarship in memory of her mother, Beverly Hayes Brown, on Feb. 26. Brown was a strong supporter of her community and believed all children should have access to quality education. It is fitting that this scholarship has been endowed in her memory to advance the future of a high school student seeking higher education.
