Council will also hear a report and discuss an update from the Kershaw County Fire Service Ad hoc Committee, which was put together several months ago to study the county’s fire service and make recommendations for best allocation of resources.

Kershaw County Council meets at 5:30 p.m. in the County Government Center, 515 Walnut St., Camden. Meetings are open to the public. For more information, go to the county’s website at or call (803) 425-1500.
