Looking for something a little different to do on Saturday? Historic Camden is staying open late for a free family event Saturday starting at 5:30 p.m.

Local rock hunting groups will be enjoying scavenger hunts and a meet-and-greet on site, with contests and prizes. There will also be plenty to do for those who don’t hunt rocks too -- live music from Fair Jam, grilled hot dogs for sale, a raffle to shoot a cannon, hay rides, face painting, tours of the Kershaw-Cornwallis House and a glow-in-the-dark trail in the nature trail at 8:30 p.m.

All events will take place at Historic Camden Revolutionary War Park, located at 222 Broad St., Camden. For more information call (803) 432-9841.
