Miles Gardner speaks at Bethune Woman's Club

Lynches Fork Historical Society President Steven Stokes (right) with historian and author Miles Gardner show off Gardner’s latest book during the society’s April 10th meeting at the Bethune Woman’s Club. Gardner spoke of the trials and adventures he had in researching his latest collection of local history stories. This collection of these stories is titled The Claret Book of Murder and Mayhem in Lancaster, Kershaw and Chesterfield Counties, and is the third book in this series. Gardner’s books are available at Books on Broad and the Camden Archives & Museum, both located on Broad Street in Camden.
