KCC takes first look at 5-year capital improvement plan

The Kershaw County Planning Commission presented a list of top priority projects -- including a broken Kershaw County Courthouse elevator -- during Kershaw County Council’s work session Thursday evening. The goal of the document, officials said, is to give council a comprehensive look at the needs the county faces.
