In conjunction with celebrating more than 50 years of service to Kershaw County, Blackmon’s Little Midget Family Drive-In will hold an “Old Car Cruise-In” Saturday.

“We’re celebrating the 52nd anniversary, and to commemorate that, we’re having an antique car cruise-in. It’s going to be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday,” said owner Allen Blackmon. “We’re anticipating 40 to 75 classic cars. It’s going to be pretty good.”

This is the first time the restaurant has held an old car cruise-in.

Blackmon said the restaurant will also accept donations for the H.M. Godbold/Nash Memorial Ride.

“This is just a way for us to tell customers that we have really appreciated their business for the last 52 years,” Blackmon said. “It’s just a way for us to say thank you.”
