Local students receive College of Education honors

The College of Education at the University of South Carolina held its annual awards ceremony. Several Kershaw County students were honored, including the following:

2010 Teaching Fellows -- Lindsay M. Cockman of Camden. A Middle Level Education major, she is a daughter of Don and Tammy Cockman and a graduate of Camden High School.

2010 Teaching Fellows -- Courtney A. Ham of Camden. A Middle Level Education major, she is a daughter of Ricky and Darlene Ham and a graduate of North Central High School.

Outstanding Teaching Major Award: Physical Education -- Kathryn A. Ham of Camden. A Physical Education major, she is a daughter of Richard and Mary Ham and a North Central High School graduate.
