He’s a Conniver, owned by trainer Ernie Oare’s EMO Stables, rolled away to a runaway 27-length victory in the $35,000 National Sporting Library Chronicle Cup, featured race on the first day of the two-day Virginia Fall race meet at Glenwood Park in Middleburg, Va. on Saturday.
