Walking tours of Rectory Square area Saturday

The Camden Historic Landmarks Commission, through the Landmarks Education Committee, will offer its annual special walking tour of the historic Rectory Square residential area Saturday.

The walks will begin and end at Rectory Square and will last approximately one and a half to two hours. The tours will begin at 10 a.m. Informed guides will identify about 20 sites of architectural or historic significance and share interesting and little known facts and human interest stories. No interiors will be included.

The cost is free but limited to 25 people per group. To register, call the Kershaw County Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Center at 432-2525.
