Outlaw joins Heritage Community Bank

Deborah P. Outlaw has joined Heritage Community Bank as vice president/loan officer for Kershaw and Chesterfield counties.

“Deborah brings 32 years of experience with business and consumer lending in the Camden and McBee markets and a reputation for strong customer service to our bank,” said Curtis Tyner, CEO of Heritage Community Bank. “We are extremely pleased that Deborah is joining our team and assisting us in our commitment to deliver true personal banking service in Kershaw and Chesterfield counties.”

Outlaw has been a community banker throughout her career. She graduated with honors from Coker College with a degree in business administration with a concentration in management. She is a graduate of the S.C. Bankers School program and the School of Banking at Louisiana State University.

Outlaw currently serves as president of the Kershaw County Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Bethune Lions Club and S.C. Bankers Association Security Committee.

She is a member of Harmony Baptist Church in Bethune, where she is pianist and choir director.

Outlaw and her husband Dennis live in Bethune and have two sons, Brad and David. She likes to bake and enjoys boating and fishing on Lake Wateree.
