SCFC charges four with arson

Youth Explorer suspected of setting fires to answer calls with firefighters

A juvenile who was a member of a fire department Explorer group and three adults have been arrested for arson in connection with starting woods fires so that the youth could participate in firefighters’ efforts to put them out.
