Elgin VFW busted for video gambling

Video gambling was alive and well in Elgin until Thursday evening when the Kershaw County Alcohol Enforcement Team (AET) and S.C. Law Enforcement Division (SLED) conducted a routine alcohol inspection at the Elgin VFW post on Bowen Street.
