County to hold 2nd budget reading

Kershaw County Council will be voting on several ordinances during Tuesday's meeting. Council will have second reading on the proposed Fiscal Year 2011-2012 budget. The figure up for voting will be a revised number from the original $23.24 million budget proposal voted for first reading during council’s last meeting.
