Counterfeit checks seized by ICE, KCSO

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) special agents and Kershaw County deputies arrested Norman Elliott, 63, at his Lugoff home Sunday after he received a package containing 199 counterfeit checks from Nigeria with a declared value of over $554,000.
