Safety first for evaluating county vehicles

Each year, Kershaw County officials try to ensure that county vehicles are safe and reliable for their employees. While there is no specific requirement for when the vehicles must come off the road, Assistant County Administrator Allen Trapp said multiple criteria are typically taken into consideration when it comes time to replace older vehicles.
