Photo cutline -- Postmaster sworn in -- David Caulder, recently selected as Camden’s Postmaster replacing Dan McCaskill, was sworn into office Thursday afternoon on the front steps of the Camden Post Office. Charles James, sectional center manager, and Columbia Postmaster, administered the oath.
