With the economy in historically bad shape, how is it possible for property values in the county to be increasing? That question led someone to circulate a petition at Camden businesses calling for the county assessor’s office to withdraw all increases in property values. The petition states that the reassessed values are contrary to reality and that property values have decreased across the nation and in the county.   ...
