Group claims improper KCSD hiring practices

A letter from an anonymous group charges the Kershaw County School District (KCSD) with violating proper hiring practices. The group sent the letter -- addressed to Kershaw County Board of School Trustees Chairman Joey Dorton -- anonymously to board members, school principals and news outlets out of “fear of retaliation” from district office administrators.
