Jones reacts to Patriots controversy

Kershaw County Councilman Jimmy Jones took time during council’s meeting Tuesday to denounce what some have deemed controversial actions by Jeff Mattox, co-chair of the Kershaw County Republican Party. Jones said the local Republican Party has been “hijacked by anti-government extremists” and that “free speech doesn’t mean irresponsible speech.”
