When classes at The Citadel in Charleston began last week, one Camden cadet had all ready been on campus since Aug. 1 -- in leadership training. Matthew Moser was tapped as commander of Foxtrot Company -- and awarded the cadet rank of captain -- by Commandant of Cadets Col. Leo Mercado for the 2011-2012 academic year.
