Betsy McLeod picks out Birthday Book Club books for her two grandchildren, Connor and Caleb McLeod, during Camden Elementary School's Grandparent's Day. Launched by Camden Elementary Partners/PTO years ago, Birthday Book Club is an ongoing effort to add new books to the school's library.  Grandparents purchase a book in honor of their grandchildren, and the book is then donated to the school's library.  A placard is placed in the book and presented to the student on his or her birthday during the school's WISE TV morning show. The student is the first to check out the book and, in turn,  makes a meaningful and long-lasting donation to the school's library.
