Who says 13 is an unlucky number? For 13 years, the record for a one-mile race on the dirt at Hoosier Park stood proudly. On Saturday, Oct. 1, it was shattered when Glenwood Canyon won the $104,050 Michael Schaefer Memorial Stakes at the Anderson, Ind., facility.
