Morgan: School district left holding 'empty bag'

A total of $59 million. That's the amount of money the Kershaw County School District (KCSD) is working from in its current budget. KCSD Superintendent Dr. Frank Morgan said having that same amount of money in next year's budget is a best case scenario. Morgan made the comment Thursday as a follow-up to a presentation he made Tuesday to the Kershaw County Board of School Trustees.
