"A Year with Frog and Toad" coming to the Wood Auditorium

The Fine Arts Center of Kershaw County (FAC) is bringing another wonderful children's show to the FAC. After several sell-out shows in Columbia, the Columbia Children's Theatre (CCT) will present the musical comedy A Year with Frog and Toad, Saturday, in the Wood Auditorium. Show time is 2 p.m. Tickets are $8. A Year with Frog and Toad is sponsored by Modern Turf.

James Dewey Edge

Funeral service with military honors for SFC James Dewey Edge, US Army (Ret'd), 83, will be held Monday at 11:00 a.m. at Powers Funeral Home with burial to follow in Fort Jackson National Cemetery. The Rev. Greg Sweet and the Rev. Brian Ogburn will officiate. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to KershawHealth Hospice.
