School funds have specific uses

If people are going to criticize the school board and school district superintendent for how money is spent, researching first is in order. In South Carolina, facilities and personnel are separate "pots" of money and cannot be mixed. Spending money to build does not affect money for teachers.

Poetry Alive

Third- and fourth-grade students at Lugoff Elementary School recently had the opportunity to take part in Poetry Alive.
