Lugoff Fire-Rescue (LF-R) personnel work to extricate two passengers from this car around 1 p.m. Thursday, which apparently rolled over several times after having gone up an embankment on the eastbound I-20 ramp at Camden Exit 98. Dispatchers initially told the LF-R the accident took place on I-20 itself, but Lugoff Rescue 10, Service 10 and Battalion 1 soon found the accident was on the ramp.
