Having the bowling lanes in Camden shut down earlier this year did little to deter the Camden Castaways from finding a home for their 2012-13 32-week fall/spring league.

Mrs. Ireva Averette Price, 87, died Thursday, May 23, 2013. Born on December 19, 1925 in Granville County, NC, she was the daughter of the late Thomas G. and Unity Allen Averette. She retired from Kendall Company and was a member of Bethune Baptist Church.
