Among the animals available for adoption at the Walter M. Crowe Animal Shelter are Cruise, a 1 1/2-year-old male border collie mix dog, and Coco, a 3-month-old male black and white kitten. The adoption donation includes spaying or neutering. County receives $500K grant for Governor’s Hill water line
