Scott Walker, who was elected two years ago on a promise of cutting the power of public unions' collective bargaining, which is exactly what he did after taking office. I was dismayed to see an unfair and inaccurate characterization of our old historic neighborhood of Boogertown on the front page of the Friday, June 1st issue of the C-I.
