Katherine "Cat" Brisbon Thomas

Mrs. Katherine "Cat" Brisbon Thomas, 73, of Washington Park Community, Camden, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, March 9, 2013. Born in Rembert, she was the daughter of the late Leroy Brisbon and Inez Pouge Brisbon Holmes and the wife of Deacon Willie "Cap" "Nash" Thomas. A Celebration of Life Services was held at two o'clock p.m. Saturday, at Mount Bethel Baptist Church, Rembert, with burial in church cemetery. Mrs. Thomas will be placed in the church at One o'clock p.m. for viewing. Brown's Funeral Home, Camden, is serving the Thomas family.

Caleb Whitaker

Caleb Clarke Whitaker, III, of Cincinnati, OH and Palm Beach, FL passed away March 10, 2013. Following military service in WWII and a successful business career he moved to Florida and married Dorothy "Bunny" Wood Price in 1987. Together they traveled extensively and enjoyed a loving, happy and fulfilling life. Caleb was a fitness and exercise enthusiast, and enjoyed many outdoor sports including skiing, tennis, swimming, golf and hunting.
