Funeral services to celebrate the life of Hugh J. " Ump Dad" Johnson, Jr., 86, of Camden, will be held Saturday, April 6, 2013 at 2:00 PM at Lyttleton Street United Methodist Church. Rev. Steve Patterson and Rev. David Weaver will officiate. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park with military rites. In lieu of visitation, the family will receive friends in the Family Life Center following the committal service. Memorials may be made in Hugh's memory to the Walter M. Crowe Animal Shelter, 460 S. Fair Street, Camden, SC 29020.
Funeral services for Windell Hazel "Butch" Rabon, Jr., 72, will be held Sunday at 3:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home, Lugoff, with burial to follow in Lugoff First Baptist Church Cemetery. The Rev. So Councilman Jones Has questions about many issues at Kershaw Health but can't be bothered with attending a Board of Trustees meeting where he could possibly ask those questions and possibly get answers. Sounds like he doesn't want to engage in any dialogue and just wants to hear his own voice. Is it because he won't like the answers or maybe he just likes to hear his own voice and see his name in print.
