Funeral services to celebrate the life of Betty Taylor Lyons, 68, of Camden, SC, will be held at 3:00 PM, Sunday, December 28, 2014 at First Baptist Church in Camden. Rev. Bruce Hancock will officiate. Burial will follow in Wateree Baptist Church Cemetery. Sammie William "Billy" Carman, 64, went home to be with the Lord on December 27, 2014. Billy was born in Columbia, S.C. on April 27, 1950. He is a son of Minnie Grigg Carman of Columbia, S.C., and the late Sammie Marion Carman. He is survived by his sister, Gussie Carman Folk of Irmo, S.C.; brother, Marion Clayton Carman (Donna) of Elgin, S.C.; two nieces; two nephews; and numerous great-nieces and great-nephews.
