The other lunch bunch
I ended up at lunch recently with Wife Nancy and a few of her friends. I'm still trying to figure out how they found time to take a bite between the non-stop chatter. Words were flying faster than shotgun pellets at a turkey shoot.
Too much spending
There are lots of Kershaw County residents who no doubt are wondering exactly when "investing" became a synonym for "spending." At Monday's meeting of the KershawHealth of Board Trustees, members and hospital administrators said good-bye and expressed thanks to Don Trippell. Trippell served as KershawHealth's vice president and chief financial officer for approximately one year. He is returning to his former position as chief financial officer for Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital in Elkin, N.C.

Obama bounces back
