Charles L. Gotto (Chuck) died Christmas morning, of Nazareth, Penn. and Camden, S.C., at 8:25 two days after his 94 birthday at Cool Springs Place,in Franklin Tennessee. Charles and his wife Mary had been living in Brentwood,Tennessee with their daughter,Ouida and son-in-law,Buzz Arledge since November 3,where Mary will continue to reside. It's the holidays and everyone enjoys being off of work and spending time with their family. So naturally the courthouse and Kershaw County offices were closed for five days straight. What?
