She was born in Norlina, NC and raised in Raleigh, NC, the daughter of the late Harry and Rosa Mae Hilliard Forbes. The family will receive friends from 6:00-7:30 PM, Thursday, August 29, 2013 at Kornegay Funeral Home, Camden Chapel.
