Crowning Little, Teen Miss Camden-Kershaw County

The Little Miss/Teen Miss Camden-Kershaw County pageant was held on Nov. 5 at Lyttleton Street Methodist Family Life Center. Girls ages 2 through 19 competed for titles to represent Camden and Kershaw County in the state pageant held to be June 2012 in Hartsville. Food for the Soul receives holiday donation

Kershaw County equestrians and shoppers supported Kershaw County's Food for the Soul through a special Thanksgiving promotion offered by The Tack Room. A $5 donation earmarked for Food for the Soul earned shoppers a discount on purchases during the special promotion, said The Tack Room's John Cushman (left). The holiday drive raised $1,500 for the soup kitchen and recently opened emergency homeless shelter.
