Funeral service for Elizabeth Peay Dinkins, 89, will be held Saturday at 2:00 p.m. at Rowan Presbyterian Church, Lugoff, with burial to follow in Longtown Presbyterian Church Cemetery. Rev. Phillip McCoy will officiate. The family will receive friends Saturday 1:00-2:00 p.m. prior to the service at the church. Memorials may be made to Rowan Presbyterian Church.

Thelma J. Bishop, 96, formerly of Falls Mills, Va., died Wednesday, Feb. 29, 2012 following a courageous battle with Alzheimer's Disease. While she lost this earthly battle, she won the ultimate victory through her faith in Jesus Christ. Thelma was an awesome mother and friend and will always be missed.
