CFD, LF-R Fill the Boot kickoff Tuesday

Members of the Camden Fire Department (CFD) and Lugoff Fire-Rescue (LF-R), along with the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA), will host a special event to kick off the firefighters' annual Fill the Boot fundraising campaign to continue a 60-year tradition of helping save and improve the lives of people fighting muscle disease in the Camden and Lugoff communities. The media event will be held at CFD headquarters next to Camden City Hall, 1000 Lyttleton St., Camden, on Tuesday at 11 a.m., according to a press release.

L-EHS, CHS raise more than $60,000 for UWKC
