Dealing with depression

There is help, there is healing. Many descriptions describe the downward plunge; the things that hold you down and the things that take you out. The common known things are drugs, alcohol -- addictions to things with chemical reactions that are bad for the body. The body is a chemical reaction chamber; all it needs is a catalyst and it's a brand new chemical which can put that nail in your coffin. The reactions or side effects are the worst. It's reaction and then interaction and reaction and maybe interaction again.

Among the animals available for adoption at the Walter M. Crowe Animal Shelter are Maddie, a 8-month-old female cat; Cindy, a 4-year-old Hound mix; Cuddles, a one-year-old male cat who is very friendly and loving and Patch, a 3-month-old Terrier mix that is full of energy and loves to run and play. The adoption donation includes spaying or neutering. Candidate Clinton?

If there was doubt about whether Hillary Clinton will jump into the 2016 presidential race, it was largely dispelled earlier this week when she conducted a wide-ranging interview in which she spelled out many of her foreign-policy differences with President Obama, who was her boss until she stepped down as secretary of state 19 months ago. During her tenure at the State Department, Clinton remained a loyal soldier, though she now reveals she didn't enthusiastically support all the initiatives that were required of her by Obama.

Eula Mae Chambers was born on September 17, 1955 to Attie and L.J. Seegars. Eula attended Mt.
